At Public School 189 - The Bilingual Center, we are committed to develop students who achieve the highest educational standards through blended learning; students who are fluent in two languages; problem solvers; critical thinkers; and students who will be active participants in the life of their family, their community, their city, their state, their country and the greater society, the world.
